REQUIREMENTS
Perfectly Linked Egg Donor Concierge provides a custom tailored and confidential process from start to finish with Donor Egg IVF. We closely coordinate with the managing Fertility Center to make growing your family a smooth journey. We do the work to allow you to focus on preparing for a healthy and successful pregnancy by walking you through the process every step of the way. Our agency values equality and diversity, so we are happy to assist members of the LGBTQ community become parents. We value the importance of communication and support to all of our clients.
Our Egg Donor applicants must meet specific requirements and complete a detailed profile. Perfectly linked Egg Donors are:
- Compassionate women who are willing to assist in making dreams come true
- Between the ages of 19 and 30
- In excellent health
- At an Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) level of 2.0 or higher
- Drug free and non-smokers.
We at Perfectly Linked carefully screen Egg Donor applicants by conducting individual consultations to provide them with details of the application and donation process. This ensures that our applicants understand the intricacies and importance of being an egg donor for our clients.
Perfectly Linked Egg Donor Concierge follows American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) recommended guidelines set forth for egg donation, limiting Egg Donors to undergo no more than six egg donations. We also adhere to ASRM’s guidelines for Egg Donor monetary compensation. Our Egg Donors are appropriately salaried for their professional commitment and compliance with our high standards.
Register for Database Access
Perfectly Linked Egg Donor Database is password protected to maintain our donors’ confidentiality. It will only take a few minutes to register for access to our donor database. After we have reviewed your registration, you will be able to view detailed profiles, as well as childhood and adulthood photos, for each of our egg donors.
Fields with asterisks (*) next to them are required. We prefer that you answer the remaining fields to the best of your ability as it will help us to better serve you, but we understand that such information may not yet be finalized.
We do not ever release or sell the information provided to us on this form to any third party and we assure you that your confidentiality will be maintained.
HOW IT WORKS
Perfectly Linked Egg Donor Concierge is a full- service egg donation agency that offers a boutique style experience with an efficient and transparent journey. We have a team of proficient but personable IVF Coordinators that will guide you through the process every step of the way. Our team will provide detailed reports and up to date notifications from preliminary screening results to each phase of the cycle donation process.
The first step is to get you perfectly linked with an egg donor for a cycle donation. We are here to offer individual attention to your specific needs. We want to make sure that you are linked with a donor that meets your expectation as well as the managing Fertility Center.
- You will register in our donor database to gain temporary access to view our donors’ profile. Once you have registered you will receive an email informing of access to our donor egg database,this database is secured and safe. Once you have chosen an egg donor, we will check the donor’s availability to do a donation cycle. Once availability is determined you will pay a “Holding” fee to reserve the donor.
- We will complete the Agency Agreement documents and the remaining balance at this time will be paid in full. This is to be completed within 14 days of reserving the donor.
- After completion of signing Agency Agreement documents and payment, A “Match” letter will be sent to the managing Fertility Center.
- The donor will start preliminary screening that is ordered by the managing Fertility Center. The preliminary screening normally consists of hormonal testing with sonogram,
- infectious disease, drug screening, genetic screening and mental health. Once all preliminary screening required is completed and the donor is medically approved then the legal process to complete contracts between donor and intended parents will start. This process can take a minimum of two weeks.
- When contracts have been signed between the egg donor and intended parent(s)the managing Fertility Center will start preparation of the egg donation cycle. This process will take approximately 3 1⁄2 weeks.
- You will be given updates throughout the entire process. We, at Perfectly Linked will be in consistent contact with the managing Fertility Center to provide you and the donor support and guidance.

The agency fee includes matching services, cycle coordination, post-cycle follow up, and donor travel coordination.

Travel expenses of the donor, if she resides greater than 30 miles from the managing Fertility Center.

Including, but not limited to: medical screening, genetic testing, medication, monitoring, retrieval procedure, anesthesia . Since these fees vary between Fertility centers, please contact your Fertility Center for a detailed fee schedule.

WHY SHOULD I USE AN EGG DONOR AGENCY?
Egg donation can be a complex process. It includes matching prospective parents with a suitable egg donor, but also involves coordination of all the procedures that accompany egg donation such as legal, medical, financial, etc. An egg donor agency helps to bring egg donors and prospective parents together, as well as manage the process in its entirety – which includes scheduling appointments, working with Reproductive Specialists, psychological evaluations, genetic testing, attorneys, costs, escrow accounts, and documents. Additionally, an agency provides vital psychological and emotional support to all involved in growing a family. An agency will explain the entire process and confidentially discuss any questions or concerns.
HOW DO I OBTAIN ACCESS TO PERFECTLY LINKED EGG DONOR DATABASE?
Prospective parent(s) will be asked to complete a form that will provide us with some information about you such as demographics, the IVF Center that will manage the donation cycle and any desired characteristic you may want in a donor. This information will never be used for any other purpose nor shared with anyone outside of Perfectly Linked.
HOW DO YOU PRE-SCREEN A DONOR BEFORE HER PROFILE GOES “LIVE” IN YOUR DATABASE?
Our donor’s first complete a detailed on-line questionnaire giving information about themselves and their family. Once the questionnaire is reviewed in detail, we schedule a one on one interview, asking follow-up questions to their on-line responses. During the interview we ask the potential donor questions that were written for us by a psychologist to recognize any flags that may come up with being an egg donor. Also, we ask the applicant to present a government issued identification with picture and social security number.
WHAT INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE ON THE DONOR PROFILES?
The profiles in our database includes childhood and adult photos, physical characteristics/description, personal medical history, family medical history, “ About you questions” and previous donation cycle reports and screening results (if applicable)
HOW LONG WILL THE ENTIRE PROCESS TAKE?
WHO DETERMINES AN EGG DONOR’S ELIGIBILITY?
The Fertility Center that will be managing your donation cycle will determine the donor’s final eligibility to proceed. The Fertility Center is responsible for all medical and/or genetic testing, as well as other testing that is required by the FDA necessary to determine eligibility. However, We provide the Fertility Center with the donor’s profile, AMH (Anti Mullerian Hormone) result and previous donation cycles with screening results, if applicable. The IVF center will let us know what additional screening they want the donor to have to meet their criteria as an egg donor. Perfectly Linked will orchestrate to have the donor go to an approved laboratory and/or Fertility Center with orders from the managing Fertility Center, if the donor is not local. The managing Fertility Center will review all results and mental health evaluation(s) to determine approval with clinical clearance to proceed with the legal process.
DO I NEED AN ATTORNEY?
We strongly recommend working with an attorney. It’s not a good idea to move forward without proper representation. Perfectly Linked Egg Donors are required to have an attorney with every donation cycle.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
Once the donor has been selected, clinically cleared and legal process has been completed. The process will take approximately 3 1⁄2 to 4 weeks.
